WHAT ARE THE SETUP TIMES FOR VENDORS AND SHOW VEHICLES?
- Friday, May 8, 2020, from 3 pm to 8 pm. Wristbands will be distributed at check-in.
- Saturday, May 9, 2020, from 7 am to 12 pm. Wristbands will be distributed at check-in
Wristband holders will be allowed in and out until 3 pm Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Ticket holders cannot enter show area until 3 pm Saturday, May 9. 2020.
SHOW COMPETITORS AND VENDOR RULES
- Failure to check-in by 12 pm Saturday, May 9, 2020, will result in forfeiture of your entry fee and your vehicle space.
- Cars may not be moved or started once parked. All Gas caps must be completely secure.
- Unruly, obnoxious and demeaning behavior, Activation of alarms, honking horns, motor revving, and other intentional disturbances will not be tolerated. Any of these violations will result in the driver and vehicle being disqualified, at which the driver will be escorted from the venue and may claim his/her vehicle at the end of the day.
- ENTRY SETUP PLACEMENT WILL BE UPON FIRST COME / FIRST SERVE BASIS.
- NO ELECTRICITY will be provided. If you need electricity, you must provide your own California CARB COMPLIANT GENERATOR (Quiet Generator)
- STRETCHED, TORN, CUT or damaged wristbands will be DENIED ENTRY and WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
- All banners, flags and advertising material must be approved by Extreme Autofest.
- All Entries are subject to approval by show promoter.
- Vehicles in the show area CANNOT move until the end of the show
